I have 4 million investment! I am confused between Prism J Block 5 marla or DHA Multan 1 kanal allocation. Which one will be more beneficial in 3 years time frame?

5 marla can gain max to 6 million however I Kanal can go way beyond that. Choice is your's. |

Both are reasonable Investments:
But J block has more potential to grow in 1 to 2 years due LRR & Fast track development "In shaa ALLAH" in PRISM.
Try your level best to think hard to Invest your hard earned. |

Prism 5 marla average plots are currently selling at 38 lac + dev charges. Almost 50 lac total. On other hand DHA town average plots which have possession and better location are selling for 55. That means very little growth margin left here. I ll recommend you to go for Multan with holding period of 3-4 years. |

after 3 years if 9 town reaches at 75 lac on average for 5 marla then K J R prism 5 marla should also be selling at 70 lac on average |
