Assalamo Alikum.
I had Purchased a plot in Nashamane-iqbal in 2010.I did pay CVT & all others. For these taxes, I had paid the amount to property dealer & he had given me all the stamped CVT , stamp duty etc challans, filled out & submitted to the respective departments. (I did not went personally to all these dues. I just pay the amount to property dealer)
I did submit all relevant Challans to society office & plot was transferred to my name. I had constructed a home & living there since last 4 years.
Now all of sudden I had received a letter from society mentioning that I had Submitted a Fake/Bogus CVT Payment Challan for Transfer of Plot.
And I need to repay it else they will take actions against me.
I need your advice in this situation.
Did some one else got some similar latter?
Why after 6 years?
How to deal with it as I am sure the property dealer, through which I had purchased the plot, might had left? AHMAD HASSAN® replied on Saturday, August 20, 2016 08:19 AM
Silently repay all dues again & protect yourself. ڈیلر اور سوسائٹی کی ملی بھگت کے بغیر یہ ممکن ہی نہی۔ One you done that then run after dealer. |

Ahmad Hassan, your advice is wrong and does not make sense. Why the owner pay the dues again, if he has already paid those. He should sue the dealer. Office of the society is also responsible, why they have accepted a fake CVT payment challlan. Accepting silently what is wrong, is not the solution, fight for justice, that way you can make your contribution for a better society. All the best. |

Its more of a society's mistake than yours. Don't get panic. Just go to society office along with your receipts of CVT and Stamp Duty. Tell your story and just put the blame on them as they are responsible to check these matters before transferring of the plot. If they would have done their duty you would have checked it with the dealer on time. Just go with your chest out kick few chairs here and there and let them know what their duty is. After that go to your dealer without letting him know and just grab him with the collar and then just ask him to return that money right away with a very mean and loud voice. |

Bahi. 1. Please mention which housing societies are you talking about ? 2. Name of property dealer you went through ?? This information is useful for other people to be aware and to be conscious. |
