Check the availability of phase 9 plots in LRE web site, whole phase 9 is on sale. i think buyer are less then sellers it will decrees the prices

User 12596@ Render an offer of 90 lac to a seller demanding 1 Crore for his plot in Prism, If he accepts and make a deal on 90 lac then it will imply that prices in Prism have come down little bit. But if he does not then Prices are firm in Prism.💪

My friend wanna sell a plot in C block
He took estimate and it was 115-120
He showed interest to sell and he even couldn't get an offer of 100
Only offer was 90 by one buyer

@9626 can you get approximate plot number. If it's a plot valued 120 and has no buyers I'll buy for 100. Give me his email address please or a direct number will be even better. We can transact through LRE if he wishes to do so. Let's start with approx plot number in C.
