Prices are going down very fast. I got a call from broker yesterday that there is house in iqbal town and investor bought it for 140 lakh to sell later with 35 lakh biana and now he doesn't want to buy it and he is willing to take 125 lakh and may be more less..i might offer him one crore. Other wise he is going to loose his biana.

Saeed sb, please use common sense PLEASE.its not that the prices going down its because he investor clearly unable to arrange balance payment to execute the deal. he just want to sell it to a third party on biana with some profits on top as market is slow and and trasfer time could have approached and he does not have funds thats why he is trying to safe his biana from being confsicated.

@ Real Estate is best, you are expert, we admit. But why you became personal. Although there could be disagreement between opinions but there is consensus between us that we all respect each others opinions. Completely agree with views of Ahmad Hassan. Real estate is best seems to be a knowledgeable person but fail to earn general respect because of immature attitude. Thumb rule. Give respect. Earn respect. And hence your views will also gain more respect.

@ Real estate is the best I always try to read your posts as your posts are very much positive.
Yes you are right some people here always trying to create panic but soon this tea-break will be over everyone with negative views will converted to say that they miss the opportunity to grab.
Anyways As Mr. Ahmed hassan said you are part of this family. No one here is against you or your postive approach.
