DHA Multan File --- Invest Now or Wait?,

Any advise on DHA Multan File investment; whether invest now or wait. What other alternate options in more or less same price range are available in Lahore for better returns over two years time span. Await your advise.

Only buy allocation now. There is no bad time to buy or sell property.

I am also interested in buying DHA Multan file./ If u have noticed , price has come down by 1 - 2 lacs in the last 10 days.

I am awaiting till price comes to 35 lac..( my wishful thinking is that it will fall further:)),as investors who do not have holding power will have to sell their files in the next 2- 3 months.

on a serious note majority of people bought Dha Multan for at least 3 years hold, As Sir CMY educated us before hand about it. All holders in multan are long term holders.

I am a big advocate of DHA Multan, However considering overall pakistan market situation I partially agree with Flex01 that there will be some fall in its prices. However, I dont expect it to go as low as 35. Looking at BWP prices I dont think it can go below 38.

@ Multan.. i don't see any thing funny in my comments. Please get your self registered as well on this website. If u know the history of MULTAN files, it was 42 lac two years ago and six months ago, it touched bottom of 28 lac and then again it rose back to 42 lac in around Jun 2016.

@ Arif M-- U may be right..i think that BWP will fall a little bit due to current slow down. However, u may be right, as only BWP , Multan and Gujranwala are investments options available within a budget of 40 lac or so.

if you can take risk then wait. anyhow this price still is very good considering long term investment but if multan will not announce installment option soon the price surely will fall....min possible 35 allocation file....average drop possible 37-38...if installment option is announced price will reach as high as 47+ in days.
