Dears,
Seeking some non property information here as many overseas are here.
Is there any limit for carrying Pakistani prize bonds out of country?
Appreciate if anyone can share the experience.

Thank you.

Limit for taking out Pakistani Currency out of Coountry is Rs.3000 per person and for India it's Rs.1000 per person.

Prize bond will be treated same as currency notes.

Dear Asif, USD10,000 limit is for foreign currecny. For Pakistani currency you can not take more than Rs.3000 per person out of Pakisan. If anyone going to india that limit is Rs.500(just checked)

May be if you noticed, on many occations, staff at airport ask you this question, how much Pakistani currency you have, if you tell them more than Rs.3000, they will make an issue to get bribe.

Please see link below for State bank of Pakistan. This is correct information so you can trust.

Export of Pakistan Currency Notes.

State Bank has granted general permission vide Notification No.FE.4/92-SB dated the 28th December, 1992 for taking out from Pakistan currency notes of the Government of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan notes not exceeding Rs 500 and Rs 3000 in value to India and any country other than India respectively, in all per person at any one time.
