What do you think central park prices will further increased by coming Dha phase 10 and ring road is on its way

It MAY take effect of LRR completion but DHA effect is tooooo far. |

As advertised LRR will be operational after 1 year.
Dear do not expect too high gain from here onwards as market is dead slow as mentioned by CMY sb too.
Max 15% for possession plots in CP in 1.5 years if market stays like this.
Atleast possession plot prices in CP will least likely to fall as construction activity is there. Many houses are under construction and many under process of map approval etc. |

Central park and Bahria Nasheman both have great future and big potential.Prices are sure to increase as LRR and DHA phase 10 have been announced recently nearby these projects.DHA phase.10 is backside of Bahria Nasheman and surrounding areas near it.Metrobus is also expected to go till sua asal.All these factors and signal free Ferozepur road is a great attraction for investors and home seekers.Central park and Bahria Nasheman will be big winner and gainer.Rental income is also good here. |

Central park is least affected by taxes as its per marla rate is 1.60 lacand 1 kanal is 32 lac falls under 40 lac so no tax. Only CVT duty increased but not much. Grand avenue has great prospects and DHA phase 10 will engulf it to get access to Ferozpur road. It is a hidden jewel and since the area has been declared for housing societies in new revised lahore master plan it will get approval from LDA too. The prices will increase in this area and there will be a good return in this low risk high potential as still underprice. |
