when the stability in prices is expected especially in prism.......keeping in view the all deveopmental activities taking place around it,like widening of defence road ferozpur road,bedian road,barki road n last but not the least THE RING ROAD.....!

@Realistic bro just to inform you ph 8 was balloted in 2010 with a cash file rate as high as 38 lac and installment file at 55 lac. its been 6 years noy 10 plus. see rates today 225 to 250 lac and in W even as high as 300 lac despite deep land |
