Can anyone pls let mw know construction rates in Dha lhr. is there any 15% or less service charges rate( this is 15% of labour cost or total cost) if yes then what are responaibilities of that contractor as this seems very high rate. Pls advise

15% of total cost. Contractor will be with you all the way from first brick till finishing, helping you source & purchase building materials & finishing materials. However, 15% is on the higher side. it ranges from 9%-15%.

Thanks Waseem, but if contractor visit your site only for 5 times and just provide labour for finishing.
As our gray structure was already completed and we just seek help of a person for finishing purpose, he visited site only 5 times, and now he is claiming 15% service charges of total cost, is it fair

Who paid the labor for finishing ? You or the contractor ? If you paid the labor for finishing & he only visited 5 times, then you will pay 15% of the total labor charges for finishing only.

As far i understand, he didn't help in Grey structure, so no %age for him grey, he didn't help in buying tiles, faucets, doors etc etc, so no %age for him on this. He provided labor so only 15% on labor charges.
