@ Nom Pls elaborate your question Looks you are being trapped by some "DHA approved architect" There are no 15% service Charges.
None of these things are heard to me at least
To Make Home there are simple steps, you need to Contact Town Planning dept,
Take Possession
Get Plan approved By some registered Architect, there in Innumerable approved architects, and you need to find, barging with them. and Fix terms and conditions, The role of Architects are variable, It start for making plan, which should be @ nominal fees, and only required.
You may goto any level there is no limit and they will be charging extra Like Making Model, Getting help in Approval, Doing Connection work, Supervising Construction, Managing material some time managing all construction to Turn Key level getting Completion certificate.
Some Reputed Architect may ask you we don't deal with only making plan [Charging 15K] but Our Package is 300K Includes these extra items others may say and we Charge 15% of Labor or even all Construction cost. This Upto you How Much you want to do yourself and how much you want from them there is no bindings from DHA.
I have personal experience in dealing in DHA Offices they are very helpful and not creating hurdles If you abide by Laws.
If You are overseas and cant spare one day even then I will advise you to buy a built House, It may not be as per your specifications. I am sure when you make house you will point 100 Faults within one months and others will point another 1000 Faults when you sell. |
