I can explain in one sentence that there would be no harm in property all over the Pakistan because of "CPAK and General Rahil Shareef" in future there would be big investment to the country. Inshallah

@Mhaq, declaring assests were mandatory before as well its not a new law implemented in this budget. It was Govt's fault to allowing people to transact on dc rates, still majority will be file return and will not declare assest. not every one is puschasing with black money.
