What is the future of M-7C booking? Should I hold or sale it? Its ON has decreased from 3.25 to 2 lacs. Will it go up as the installment date has passed.

@ Sheikh sb. In my opinion I will certainely hold my file till the Inauguration of LRR. Atleast one year. Till August 2017 or atleast till balloting To reep maximum benefit.
Remaining decission is your just get suggestions from other experts as well and act as your heart & Mind says.

Even if own becomes zero, it is a good project for medium to long term.

Currently its at bottom, Better to hold at least till end of 2016, because own of 30 lakh booking is 70K, so difference of own is just 130K due to 50K transfer fee of M7C. whereas price diff is 5 lakhs. Also due date for M7D ist installment is 30 sep.

In Octber, Own will be at Insha Allah start increase from 3 to 3.5 Lakhs plus.
