Kindly evaluate Q 738 Phase 7 on 70 feet road.Is some house are underconstruction in this block and need your advise to build a house on this plot.

Dear Hussain Sb,

Your plot near Q 738 (near village) worth is around 130 to 135 lacs.

Your Plot is near the village no house is under construction, just one house is under construction in lower portion that too is near commercial my advise is no built a house here, if you could wait to 18 months Ivy Green would be a good option for house possession would be handed within this period.

Hussain sb, if your intentions are to build a house and live in it within the next 2 years (starting now), I would say go for it because you won't get a good price for your plot and you will not be able to find a possession plot in this price anywhere else in DHA. In a few years, your house will be faced by other houses on the opposite side of the road and the village will become meaningless. If you take out the village part (which over years, houses in front of you will eliminate), your plot is on a good location.

Dear All: I am an overseas Pakistani and own a 10 marla plot in Y block, phase 7 (possession area). I also intend to start construction of my house and want to know is there any construction activity started there. Would appreciate if people who recently visited phase 7 (block Y) can comment. Thanks.

Dear All:

I had visited phase 7 in Jun 2016. There were 5 houses around where grey structure is more than 50% complete. don't know the blocks. The point is that if u wanna have house for living, go for phase 7 , as within 2 -3 years, the area will be livable.
