Further Cooling is being seen in Prism especially smaller Plot Now prime Location have Gone down about 20% Peak Level.
Looks Like the predications about prism fall will be true, Average Plot rose from 70 Lac soon after ballot to about 105 Lac Near June within 10 months 50% Gain. My Anticipation is it will go to 87 Lac Till Jan 17,
Now we are seeing that Plots are eating their Installments i.e. In spite of 3 Payments prices are not reflecting increase rather down Ahsan® replied on Monday, September 5, 2016 11:19 AM
It always happen in slow market with non developed projects. The prism will take its time to come on track again. In my opinion, the market will remain stagnant for next six months at least and prices may come down further 10%. This phenomenon is not new and it happens in a cyclic pattern. |

It's a cycle but have patience as it will be slow for some months but fundamentals are very strong. Next few months will be good for long term investors to catch deals which were not possible in hot days. |

Still we have to see the clear indications of reversal of prices in prism. As at this time volume of transaction is very low, two possibilities are there either it will come further down to match buyers expectation or Volume will remain low for some more time, Both situations are bad for prism and as most of plots still have 9 to 10 Installments of development charges, Exactly same history of phase 7 is being repeated factors are different this time. In 2009 in spite of good progress in development DHA phase 6,7 Touched Bottom. |

For short to medium-term things don't look too good for Prism. Still 15 lakh development charges to be paid. I think people shot themselves in the foot by needlessly encouraging the crazy hype and hurt Prism more than if price appreciation would have been slower. Super-heating market never benefits anyone except suave investors who exit before the fall. |

Habib bhai kaunsay plot may 20% reduction huwi hai? I am interested in buying if it's a half decent plot of any size. |

@Ahmet. For any buying, you will have to sell your prism plot first, for which there is no buyer at the moment. So calm down. |

I am a buyer and I'm waiting for prices to come down. I haven't found a plot with 20% off. I can't even make a deal with 10% off. |

Prism is a great option but it takes long time.It will gain once the LRR will complete and Prism development will take some shape in next 2 years (After 2018 elections). The possession will take at least 5 years from this stage. I recently been to Lahore and visited this area, based upon my observation it is a huge project and it is next to impossible to complete it within next three years regardless of what DHA say. There are very less buyers in market and investors are not keen to buy unless they get a solid bargain in the range of 90-95 lacs for above average plot with three paid. |

@ MD It's not facing graveyard but near to it. It's facing huge road on the front. I think you have not noticed that it is very near to interchange of LRR towards ferozpur road. Anyhow keep trying to find good ones. Good luck |
