Salam brothers and sisters,

I reside in the UK and looking at investing a small amount of cash in a plot, ideally up 20lac on good payment plan.

any suggestions?

I invested last year in Islamabad DHA Valley - turned out to be a bad one. Good advise would be appreciated.

Dear Majid, Start a business for microchipping in cattles, or a kind of pet grooming center that also include microchipping in pets. This service isn't available in Pakistan or very hard to find. A very low cost required to start but return is very high. Unfortunately we don't think outside box and that box only contains solutions for property, poltry farm shed, petrol station, CNG, plaza, shop etc.

AHMAD. Thanks for your idea unfortunately being located in UK and already have full time commitments that might not be possible.

Maybe anyone can touch on real estate opportunities?
