I need some information regarding to construction of my house as follows :
1) I want to construct house on 1 Kanal in DHA 6.
2) The idea is to construct a basement, ground floor and upper floor. Both ground and upper floors to be independent portions with at least three bedrooms each. The upper portion to be rented out and the basement and ground floor for personal use.
3) What should be the expected cost per foot for a finished house of such dimensions.
4) Any other issues that need to be looked into.

I am Civil Engineer, planning for my One Kanal House in DHA 6. but not going for basement. If you would go for Good Construction it would be near abt Rs 2500/sft. If excellent construction it would be at Rs 3000/sft. Basement cost will be 1.5 times higher than GF & FF. |
