what would u suggest should i sell sell my both 10 marla plots in upcoming months or hold it more or buy Phase 9 1 kanal plot at excellent location near park or golf course for future .if u can quote me phase 9 prism 1 kanal excellent location plots as well thanks

Phase 7 near Y 3035 is around 135 lacs.
Plot price near Y 2489/3 is around 115 lacs.
Market price of your plot near Y 3991 is around 75 to 76 lacs.
Evaluation near Y 3964 is around 75 to 76 lacs.
Sell your 10 marla plots, buy a good location plot in prism.From an investment point of view Phase 9 Prism is the go to place, if you could sell that phase 7 plot and reinvest in Prism it will be extremely beneficial in the longer run.
