Your plot near Z3 533 isa round 74 lacs ( 4 paid ).
Phase 7 near T 33 worth is around 165 lacs.
Prices in Phase 7 have hiked as much as they possibly could have. From an investment point of view Phase 9 Prism is the go to place, if you could sell that phase 7 plot and reinvest in Prism it will be extremely beneficial in the longer run.
