I have one plot in bahria nasheman 8 marla which I purchased in 2013 all dues clear including development. Is there any charges on this plot which I have to pay in regard of non possession.

Only after 3 years of possession announcement and that is same rule for all societies but initial years is quiet nominal that is after 3 yrs of possession declaration. New Bahria projects like ORCHARD NASHEMAN are not populated so it's very low fee when it happens from past trend and record. |
