selling in DHA when one of the partners is abroad,

Pls guide me. We r 4 brothers in a joint plot of my family. One of my brothers is abroad. Is there any way we can sell it without our 4th brother coming to Pakistan. Is power of attorney sufficient?

yes u can do it with power of attorney

Possible through embassy but cost is high. The longest distance US, Canada or Australia ticket will be cheaper than that price. This option should be the last when one is not able to travel due to age, job or medical reasons. Usually buyers also don't agree on this due to lengthy process of transfer.
