Bahria town Peshawar Soon InshaAllah

AHMAD HASSAN® replied on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 09:23 AM

First come first rip off. I am sorry, but this is history of Bahria.

User_G7722® replied on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 09:43 AM

Well said Ahmad Hassan - Great Hit.
BT Old projects either being delayed or cancelled and there is MR launching new projects in every corner of Pakistan. Previously "ripped-off" people still on the roads while new will be in line. Sad

User_992® replied on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 10:25 AM

Bahria is the biggest looter in Pakistan. In every project, first few hundred applicants get the plots, while the others are trapped and keep running from pillar to post to get their plots.Look at Phase 9 Islamabad.

Every sane person should avoid Bahria.

Ahmad786® replied on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 10:39 AM

Earlier bahria management used to launch new phase to devolop old ones but now they have changed cities. They open in New cities to spend on old projects in other cities. People call is topi pehnana.

Be angel but for ne he is criminal and wise thief

SaeedUSA® replied on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 01:03 AM

MR transferred my plot back in from Gulmahar to Orchard with 10 installment paid and then he announced Gardenia on that area and i took the plot in Central District. But i didn't give up and approached him through IG police back in and finally he give me a plot in Overseas B sector C lahore and I sold that plot immediately in March 2016 before the market crash.People in his lahore office were surprised too.

To be safe,at what stage should a plot be bought in Bahria? Only after possession?

Habib replied on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 04:49 AM

Trick for Nabeel, Bahria gives swings to its Property by itself, Mostly to decrease files or buy back, When they fail to acquire land which is sometimes not in hands of developer no matter how good intentions he have. In days of Low Business when Bahria market is Low, It is best time to buy in developed areas. In Jan 2016 such a situation was there due to slow development in Low Cost and GVR.
But be careful when you buy ready property intend should be to make home otherwise hefty no Construction penalty.

Bahria town exploited in best possible way home owner ship dream of lower middle class. They delivered initially but spoiled reputation during last 5 years.

People are very cautious due to number of undelivered projects. Many ppl lost all their savings especially the overseas just saw much lured marketing tactis, beautiful animated plans and their money stuck.

Bhai better to put money in prism 5 marla on ground plot still you can get in 32 to 33 lacs and in 3 years surely will cross phase 6 rate of 65-70 due to excellent PRISM location, fast development , and max faciltiies compared to any phase in DHA

gauhar replied on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 09:18 AM

dear brothers, Bahria town on ground plots, houses are safe investment.
I am living in Bahria town lahore since 4-years. no match with any other
society even DHA,in terms of security(safety),maintenance, cleanliness etc.however there are issues in off ground plots, files like many other societies.

Kureshi® replied on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 12:09 PM

I tend to agree with Gauher sb. Bahria is perhaps unlucky for some but many like me are happy.

I think we need to look at Bahria projects with the same glasses with which we see DHA. DHA does not deliver as committed buy gets away without any criticism. Take for example phase 8. Shouldn't this also be condemned ?

For cautious buyers , I suggest go for semi cooked plots of bahria instead of files / forms. I have witnessed that mostly those people who buy multiple forms fin greed of over night "own" end up calling Bahria town management greedy ;)

MS replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 03:51 AM

Dunya Tv takes heavy money from MR to market his fake projects. They portray him as an angel giving food to people and building hospitals etc. In reality he is a bloody crook.

MS replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 03:55 AM

Whoever buys on ground after paying heavy premium has managed to escape evil clutches of MR management while any poor who buys off ground is left at the greedy disposal of MR to be exploited of lifetime savings. I'm sure this man takes 1001 budduaas from people everyday who have lost their hard money money in his fake project.

MS replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 03:59 AM

To all the supporters of MR here let me ask where is the possessn in B Town Khi that was promised again and again ?

Kureshi® replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 04:19 AM

May I ask when you last visited Bahria Town Khi and have u seen any such massive devlopment in this short time period in the history of Pakistan?

I have invested there and the return / own is three time the invested amount even in this market.

MR is not an angel , I agree. We aren't Angels as well.

M Arshad Ali® replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 04:33 AM

Unable to understand Mr.Awan ,the meaning of greedy?,if someone tries to purchase a plot on installment ,is it greedyness? Not all the peoplebr rich like u who can purchase a plot with full payment, how u become rich if u invests in Bahria , hamaam mein sab nanggay

FAA.awan® replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 08:21 AM

Dear Arshad Ali sb, To buy a plot on installments,is not a crime or greed, but I want to say we should make wise decisions at the time of purchasing plots/files in any soceity.I think it is our own fault and greed that we are trapped by a few fake dealers by showing 'green gardens' sabz bagh.we should accept reality,Do n't try to run after the new forms. But if we do so,then we should display tolerance, and do n't cry like babies. There are big brands which are delaying their projects since a long time;I think it is injustice and bias to target only Bahria town's projects.Bahria town delivered almost 80%,only remaining 20% should not be criticized as bitter as you are doing.Be calm and just.

Tahir Lutfi replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 10:09 AM

All dear supporters of Bahria Town, please let me know why they used to over book files not in thousands but in lacks.

Is it not a fraud, Phase-9 Rawalpindi, Green Valley Lahore, Sector "F", Bahria Town Lahore, Home Plus member ship cards, and last but not least Bahria Karachi seem to be BIG BIG fraud as there is also overbooking in Lacks.

It is also heard that the agents of managements are of BTK are asking for 1.5 lacs, 3 lacks and 5 lacks for allotment of plots against the files of 05 Marla, 10 Marla and one kanal respectively.

M Arshad Ali® replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 12:02 PM

Awan Sb, two wrongs can not make one right , if some societies r doing wrong then Bahria is the biggest fraud now a days .No land and over booking .How can u compare it with Sha?,they issue a file when they have land and Bahria total a fraud now a days.Civic commercial ,Bahria Green,Sector F,GVR all frauds within 3-4 years.4 big frauds just in 4 years ,can u give any other example sir

Kureshi® replied on Thursday, September 15, 2016 01:15 PM

Matti pao g. Bahria town is not everyone's cup of tea.

If you have funds try diversifying and avoid pre-launch form purchases from "trusted dealers" and also avoid bulk form purchasing.

Fer, Matti pao.
