Pls tell me what is the current status of the state life Phase II.
I have a 10 Marlas Plot in State Life Phase II.

State life is just making fool of all file holders,they have no resources to fullfil their committment, it seems that they will allot 5 marla plot against 1 kanal file in 2100 may be 2116. This is not joke,keep in mind

is someone have any idea about the development of state life phase 2 ,for last 13 years i m stuck in state life phase 2 and its seems useless and fake society . even they not develope phase 1 properly . other societies rates gowing up every year but this society even not looking to do develope the phase 2 .

Jab file easily bik rai hoti ha tu yeh log baichtay nai hain aur person Kay laalaach mein aur jab file slow hoti ha tu yeh San log shor machatay hain.

Whenever there are elections in State life then phase two file rate increase and it's easier to exit with modest profits , why don't you guys exit from from it rather than weeping later? Try not be greedy again this year as the elections are few months away. If you think it's not a good investment than good time to dispose off files at a good rate is coming yet again.

By the way it's my own personal experience that I bought Qanal in State life phase one 4 years ago for 31lak. That plot is increasing at a rate of 15lak per year and after 4 years it's about 91lak today, although it's an average plot. At the same time phase two Qanal files were being sold for 8.5lac so whoever says rate is not increasing is also a lier.

You are absolutely right, bcz in 2012 plot rate of one kanal was around 31-39 and now 90 to 140.

STate life 2 one kanal was 13-14 now 30
