I have a question regarding a house transfer from father to his daughter as a gift, in this case should they have to pay all fees, taxes, duties etc. or they have a special way to save some money.

Gift is not normal sale purchase. Procedure of transfer in this case is different and really depends on which society you have plot in. Dealers of that society or society office can guide you on this.
Transfer charges and fees etc will also be lot lesser in this case. |
