I am in the process of negotiating a deal of 4.5 acres of land in urban area of a small tehsil near kasur. the idea is to cut it into 3,5,7 marla plots and sell. Can anyone give me an idea how much it costs per acre if I make proper roads/street? Regards

No boday can give idea, its depend on cutting/Filling of raod, How much need to be filled. width of road, type of road |

hmm.. is there a standard formula? like a per square foot/metre cost? although I have been advised to leave only spaces for streets and do only sand filling |
