Salam everyone,
I need to get a general idea of the plot prices at the moment. How much decline there has been since the taxes and is it a good time to invest?
I have got either Prism or Bahria Orchard in mind and I can invest between 3 to 5 million depending on the deal in front.
Do you guys think prices have stablized now or there is a chance of further decline?

Price is coming down on slow pace on several places and is stable in few places and even upward on rare places.
The downward trend in prices is good for lay man and for limited budget families who want to live in their own homes.
As well it is terrible for those who daily check their plot price and have invested either huge amount or trend setter like in DHA .
THEIR IS ECONOMIC CYCLE WHICH HAS TO BE COMPLETED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

There is marginal drop in prices. Not much if you ask me. Agree with Ahmad hassan real decline is in transactions instead of prices.
If you intend to make home then it is good time to buy in couple of months. For investment, we still have to wait and see. Short term investment (less than 2 years) is no more an option. Long term investment (5+ years) still good. |

Best time to buy will be next year or 18 when instalments in prism will finish and prices will be same IA |

Prices are stabilizing but still settling so wait till Muharram end. Buy in solid projects and long term will be rewarding inshallah. |
