Minor dip is normal , nothing wrong in it follow cmy assesment that the day ring road get into shape price increase will start and matter of month it will equal to phase 8 prices , the decrease and increase also what cmy said day after ballot in 2015 cmy said price will be between 30 to 45 , though it take more than what cmy gave time frame and in 2016 cmy said dip will come due to tax and cyclic and its coming true , so cmy predictions right +- 3month difference , if I hav money enough to buy kanal in prism I wont give it second thought , those who still have phase 8 or 7 even 6 plots for investment must move to prism , but only difference is few years back files were as low as kanal no one trusted and now its out of range because return now will be huge as project now moved into its mid phase |
