Thanks for your opinion observer.
Actually, property dealer from whom i bought the plot is insisting me to sell it and use this money else where as prices will decrease in coming months according to him. I am bit confused as whether to sell it or not?
Although I purchased it for holding but now situation is bit confusing for me. Would like to have view of others as well along with your kind suggestions Observer Sb in bit detail if possible. |

I have not seen your plot on map but I recommend you to not sell because.
1. When you sell this -> You pay tax according to recent tax laws.
2. When you buy new plot -> You pay tax according to recent tax laws.
3. In both cases -> dealer gets commission.
Bahi, baat wahan hi a jani ha. So better not to do this.
Agar karna hi ha tou go for DHA multan 1 kanal file for long term. |
