So what to experts especially jameel sb say when to buy DHA Multan file? As rates are not coming down than 38 for allocation. Shal we wait more as rates may come down ?

DHA Multan file will get a quick rise after Muharram, till that rates wont fall and wont increase. |

in my opinion you can still get a file 37 to 38 range. try near 37 and I think you will get it. regarding price if you can take risk you can wait for 2 to 3 more weeks to get price may be below 37. |
