Mark my words DHA Phase 9 Ext. is still underpriced and will be the biggest gainer in times to come as it will be the state of the art phase. Even much much better than phase 8 or 9.
So go for DHA phase-9 Ext. ONLY !!

Awais nice to see you after a long, In fact i am missing your friend Ekrar. By the way his DHA Multan prediction seems to be real.Now lets see about his DHA 10 (9 Ext).

for me , DHA 10 at current stage is over prices, but there will be many ups and downs in this phase and specially in current market status, a lot better options available than DHA 10 (in same price range)

Welcome Awais, nice to see u n ur predictions! Only time will tell about Dha 10....I may be wrong about Dha Multan but for dha 10 i am 100% sure that its file is not worth 40 at the moment!

Thanks Ekrar Bhai, Of course how we can forgot you that you are one of those senior members who always talks and guide others with proper logic without being biased. I remembered that you always said DHA Multan is a long term project while others including me were expecting its launch at 62.5 which now seems almost impossible in current scenerio.

although in current situation after Dar's Tax/FBR involvement blunders, other sectors including Prism also got affected.

Only recomended for age 40+ and it is for next generation to come. cuz it will take another 15 years to get possession of the plot.
