Yes,the news is true,the source is C42. news channel.It was told that LDA is facing a huge loss in every month which can be in billions in coming days.LDA earned billions by approving new maps and charging transfers fee which is zero now a days.LDA authorities are upset and they reported it to Punjab Govt and the govt is also taking it serious.DC rate could be implemented once again by making a few changes in it.If the govt does not do so,then it will have to face the music.It's a great positive news for property lovers after a long time. |
