Rate List shows price of 4 Marla Commercial @ 198 lacs....still highly inflated...I believe today's worth of this file not more than 150 lacs

Affidavit File after Land record confirmation>>> Converts to Allocation File >>>[After Ballot] Converted to on map plot, 12 Installments of development charges due>>> After Full payment and development Converts >>> Possession plot open for Construction
Installments are completed in 3 years and usually possession in given in 6,7 years.

3 paid Means Plot on map Balloted and Owner have also paid 3 Installments and 9 are due
Usually development charges are 9 Lac for 5 M , 13 Lac for 10 merla and 19.5 for Kanal in DHA areas,
