I have couple of questions about Falcon Complex Gulberg Lahore. It will be great if anybody can answer these.
1)Is there any possibility of getting a plot there or all are homes?
2)If there are only homes, then who built these, owners who purchased them or some govt institution like askari?

It is air force complex, any one can buy house there are no plots only houses. |

1. The Falcon belongs to Air Force. Houses are built for retiring Air Force officers and provided to them on payment. Askari is by army for retiring Army officers provided to them on payment. Both are similar but by different organizations.
2.The Owner of these houses can sell, if they desire so

All are houses, Mostly 15+ Years old, very Nice Location and Tight Security, Price of renovated house about 4 Cror and 3 Cror Lac for 20 merla and 14 merla, Can be transferred to Civilians. Rental yield about 100K/75K per month |
