Does anyone have info on itehad farm houses on Burki road? Also, a dealer told me when deal is done both seller AND buyer must pay dealer 1%. Is this true? It sounded ridiculous.

Yes Comission is 1% for Both Buyers and sellers, less you specify fore hand, usually in deal of Houses dealers give some discount as deal is 3,4 Cror hence commission is 3,4 Lac |

Actually in Middle East specially in Dubai only Buyer pay commission most of the time but not winds change there also. |
