Just to share you the brief of my recent visit to DHA Multan Office. Apart from meeting sessions with few nearby property dealers, I met with DHA Official, Maj. Amir (Transfer Section). As per their saying DHA Multan is launching after in January 2017 and currently land acquisition for Phase - 2 is in progress.
At the time I visited the DHA Office, it was full of land owners selling to DHA for their Phase-2.

if they are acquiring land for phase 2 only - they would be issuing investor files for phase 2 only,
If that's the case, phase 1 files should be limited in supply.
I know they have acquired 4500+ acres (3000 acres required for phase 1) since i have frequent tours to the area and know many farmers who sold their lands.
but the delay in launch is hurting everyone - including the image of DHA MULTAN progress. |

What was the minimum quoted rate of allocation file dealers quoted you. |
