Khalid made the best combination. Visit these societies, analyze them and then take your decision. If you want good return in the span of 2 3 years, Riwind side is your best bet but only buy on ground plots. Plots awaiting possession that is in 1 to 2 years.

You do have options in Prism and DHA Town too but that is a long shot with instalments to pay in Prism.

DHA Multan and DHA Bahawalpur are good prospects too but in my opinion Lahore Market has more potential to pick up speed in this slow market conditions.

I am no expert but these are my two cents, as I made my choice on these analysis.

You have no clue dear. In order to justify higher prices the society forces the town planners to accommodate higher priced bookings and larger sized plots at better locations, and better segments of land. The layout of extensions to M7 Block suggested by LRE is just a rough indication of approximate location. In reality the cheaper 24.90 Lacs booking will be adjusted on the Eastern side of the rohi naala (drain), and graveyard of village Kot Nur Mohammad.

The society management is not stupid to give you apple at the price of orange.
