Please let me know which option will give more percentage gain in 3-5 years?
1. Bahria Orchard 1 Kanal new house built by Bahria selling for 1.95 crore, next to park.
2. Bahria Orchard 1 Kanal Plot opposite park in Southern Block selling for 1.10 crore.
(Price gone down now from crore at time of Eid Ul Fitr.)

Both choices are good,but I think 1K plot is better for investment.You can buy two 1k plots by adding a few lacs in the given price of villa. |

Dear Faa.awan and LRE team,
I need your expert opinion and advise on Bahria Orchard Commercial new cutting near bahria office as I bought plot #112 , three months back on 60 lack on , but prices gone down as there is no buyer in market. Now I m totally confused that what should I do , should I pay it's 1st installment and hold that plot ,or just sell it on loss before further dip. |
