AWT Phase 2, because all the plots are on ground with posession, free from fraud or qabza, rates increased in last 2 years BUT still very low as compared to nearby societies. Many new houses are already built and many under construction, has great location and ring road will add further price increase. Infrastructure is not very good as compared to Bahria BUT very good for investment. |
