Fahad hashmi it will be better if you can share results from your own research. I don't think there are many on this site who know about low priced housing schemes. So it will be good if you can share your findings...

Fahad: You can buy Awami Villas in Bahria Orchard, if you pay 100% amount, Bahria will give the possession immediately. It was launched few weeks ago at 35 lacs and currently has own amount of 3-4 lacs.

Ahmed Hassan are very famous here because his vision is very diversified. And have soloution to cater many problems at the same time. Ahmed bhai I read your posts with a confidence that your post have some potential in it.
But this post is really got something in it. I must appreciate you that how easily you answer a tuff question by Fahad which is near to impossible in going age.
Fahad I hope if you work on these suggestions by Ahmed sb. Some day you got your own house in a respectable society like Dha. But you need a patient & time to achieve your goal of making your dream house.
