Just have a question regarding surcharge by DHA.
I purchased a plot few years ago. I was late on few development charges for which DHA imposed around 2 lakh surcharge. Later I paid all development charges except for the 2 laks surcharge. I will be paying 2 lakh surcharge later this year.
My question is, does DHA charge some sort of late fee on un-paid surcharge?
