please update whether the said scheme is ballotted and developed: the possession is given or these are just files and people are waiting for development and getting the possession; and if this is the case in how much time possession is expected. i shall be obliged for this information. thanks

Sector F is 90 percent develope with posession. some blocks are still in map but getting ready at good pace. what block r u looking for?

I don't think the Bahria Town has announced the possession yet. There was a news (mid September) that Tipu/Ghaznavi will be given possession soon but no news yet!
However, we can see at least 3-5 houses have been completed in Ghaznavi already (Not sure how).

O Bhai London , plz don't misguide innocent people , where it is 90 percent developed ??.Only Tipu and Ghazanavi blocks are developed but no possession.Rest all blocks r in heaven including Tariq Bin Zayed ,Aziz Bhatti,Abu Bakar ,Alamgir ,Sikandar etc.Don't purchase file or in these above blocks .Investment is good only in Tipu and Ghazanavi Blocks

Bhai M Arshad Ali, the rest i don't know. But I have plot in Sikandar Block and most of plots are on ground and developed, there is a small portion for which development is going on.

There is a stay on sikandar block , u will not get your plot in sikandar even after 3 years from now , they did some development in Sikansar initially but now absolutely no further development

Arshad sb are u talking abt sikandar or alamgir block? Bcz development is ongoing in sikandar block. Bhatta place in sikandar block has been taken by bahria. Now curb stone laying and road work is going. Seeer is already placed. Can u tell on which plots is stay and in which block? Thanks

IM786 Bhai, no more work is in process in Sikandar currently .Macheniary is not working now in sikandar block or in any other block .Stay is on at Bhatta area by one brother who sold land to Bahria. So Bahria is not developing any other blocks except Tipu and Ghazanavi currently. I visit this area quite often and this is the latest situation right now

Its strange. My friend visited area yesterday and curb stone layting is under progress. When i was on Eid holidays i visited the area and site engineer said that we are working in talha block and after that machinery will move on to that area. Yes u can be correct for the bhatta area. But rest of the area is clear. Roads are under construction. Roller is moving. Curbe stone laying under progress as well. So the rest of the area will be devloped excluding bhatta area which is the part of road and there is no plot on that area. Furthermore a 60ft road along the cenima will connect to sikandar block from main 150 ft raod untill this bhatta area issue not resolved. Thanks .
