Dear LRE. Please explain : When the price is quoted for a prism plot with the statement "xx paid" say "5 marla - 42 lac with 2 paid" - does that mean that buyer has to pay 42 lac ONLY or he has to pay 42 lac + amount equal to the 2 installments paid.

Please clarify.

This question was asked last week as well but really surprised why senior members reluctant to answer this,or they want to keep new comers ignorant to get profit from their unfamiliarity how the system works,come on folks pls reply, u will get money any way if it is destined for you.

That means buyer has to pay 42 lacs only. xx paid just tells the status that the new buyer won't have to pay these installments when he's buying the plot.

If no installment is paid, then buyer would have to pay 42 lacs to the seller and 2 installments (with surcharge/penalty) to DHA office.
