Respected readers...someone informed me that IEP Town Lahore is about to launch files for 8 marla commercial @Rs.50 lac which have a very good scope of gaining in a short period of time...can someone shed light on this...thanks and regards.......

2 years ago 1 marla commercial in iep sector sold out in 35 lac and now 1 marla 50 plus, rate little vary , same time in sector a commercial sold out too most of them bought by sheranwala , 1 marla rate ia above 50 now in both sector , your info hell wrong

Even good location residental 9 marla in iep sec a above 50 , kanal 80 and 2 kanl above 150 , and sec b kanal is near 2 crore and 2 kanal near 4 crore . So info is not right
