Dear Experts
Kindly advise in current and expected market scenario what is your recommendation for investment in both off ground and on ground. I have been watching market situation prices fall but unable to make decision where and when to buy. Kindly guide me with precise information. Purpose of my buying is investment and holding period is 3 to 5 years in small size plots.

Go for 5m or 8m plot in Bahria Orchard Lco blocks,the best investment at present.

AOA all dears,
Due to enforcement of new taxes transfer cost of one Kanal has increased too much which respell / discourage the investor and almost all profit to be reaped in one or two years is absorbed in transfer and FBR charges.
Secondly small plots are almost exempted from taxes in all societies. Plots of 05 and 10 marla may be easily liquidated due to involvement of more small and medium range investors. |
