Irfan sb in past only halloki garden on defense road used to call dha phase 11 , now rahbar phase 1 and 2 both came under dha 11 title , in halloki garden plots are of 5 marla and 8 , price range now 30 onwards , similarly rahber 2 and extension consist of small plots while rahbar phase 1 have kanal and other sizes.
