Please Evalute my plot E-272 PHASE 6 if possible give your comment on location of plot and how many houses are under construction near my plot?

The lane has approx ten plus houses built. Yours is quite near to police station it seems. LRE can judge the value better. Ours is down the same road near 279. Please evaluate it too |
