Lets put aside the emotionalism and do the simple maths. Why DHA so far have not been launched?
My reason, calculation and information tells me only one thing. DHA does not have the required pool of land. Also my calculation tells me, they will not be able to reach this level in coming few months.
If this is logical and have some grain of salt then why DHA is alluding informally of launch month. Only one reason is behind that December is big buy out time for overseas investors. This swing comes once a year and in case DHA fails to benefit this swing then it will further delay the launch.
So in coming days this news will be well spread about launch of January or February and innocent folks will rush to buy for quick gains. This is will tarnish DHA Multan's image in long term which is a good invest for longer period. |
