Please let me know difference between DHA Multan phase 1 and Phase 1 extension mentioned on their website with 33 lacs rate for one kanal file.

Phase 1 is done, people living there and to cater great demand they launched extension:)

Phase 1 extension will be basically Phase 2 in future. Phase 1 will be devloped first. Phase 1 extension will come after that.

It is just like DHA Phase 9 and 9 extension (now renamed Phase 10) in Lahore.
