can someone guide me as what is the term gift in property, and can i gift property to my real brother and what are the detail of expenses. Thanks

Dear Sir,
In case of brother to brother only Captial Value Tax (CVT) will be exempted as Gift in Property. you need to bear all other costs dependind on society you want to transfer
