Where you see prices of prism phase 9 once ring road is completed.

Like now a good plot in prism is around 100 to 110
so what would be expected price once ring road is completed.

Any expert can express his views

In 3 years time 300+ either ring road complete or no, either NS stay or no, either development complete or no, either taxes double or remove, either one buy or no. Price will be 300+
