Hi All
Two questions for experts:
1) My mother acquired a plot in Phase 7 in 2004 which got Hiba Transferred to me in 2016 April (prior to new taxes law). Will I have to pay any Capital Gain Tax upon Sale of this Plot later this year.
2) I am a US Citizen. I believe I should be exempt from Pakistan taxes as I am non-resident of Pakistan. Please confirm that I am not liable for taxes (Capital Gain Tax, etc). Thank you
